Enterprise Account Manager, iQmetrix
Tracy has been with iQmetrix for four years. It’s suspected that she’s been secretly using her role as a Customer Success Manager as an excuse to play with spreadsheets and Business Intelligence in her efforts to help clients with their reporting and performance needs.
Her passion is turning pie charts into business process improvements and using the data captured in RQ to drive performance. Along with helping clients build out workflows with iQmetrix solutions, she spends time managing projects and recently added the role of Business Analyst to her job description.
Before the days of iQmetrix, Tracy used her education from the University of Regina to operate her own company, to work as an advertising consultant and to practice the rules of the PMBOK as a project manager. Tracy has three awesome daughters and is beginning to teach them about vlookups.
