About Stacy

Stacy has been with iQmetrix for 9+ years, starting in market research and from there moving to Client Services where she served as a support and implementation resource. In 2007 Stacy joined the newly developed Customer Success Team and shortly after moved to her current position as Executive Account Manager with Professional Services .

Stacy works with clients to ensure they are maximizing their use of RQ4. Having worked with iQmetrix software for over 8 years, Stacy’s knowledge of RQ4 is infinite – with a particular specialization in carrier commissions and reconciliations. Stacy enjoys helping clients find new ways of using RQ4 to save time and increase performance.

Stacy makes it a personal goal to make sure her clients are happy and takes pleasure in seeing them experience benefits from advice she has offered. She loves the relationship development aspect of her job and getting the chance to travel and meet clients face to face.

Before joining iQmetrix, Stacy worked at a cellular retail call centre – so she is well acquainted with the industry. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science from Brandon University.
