About Rachel

Rachel has been with iQmetrix for 10 years, starting with WorkWireless as a Sales Manager in 2002. During her time at WorkWireless Rachel worked in the sales, training, account management and add on services departments. In October 2008, following the iQmetrix acquisition of WorkWireless, Rachel relocated to Canada for the 7 coldest months of her life. In June Rachel returned to the states and currently works out of our Davidson, NC office.

Until recently Rachel has worked within the value add department working with our partners and clients on partner integrations and additional RQ4 services. In July of this year Rachel transitioned to the XQ team where she works with clients looking to deploy our new interactive retail solution to assist clients in creating a unique customer experience for their retail locations.

Rachel’s past work experience includes Recruiter and Dispatch Supervisor at Spectrum Financial Systems in Mooresville, NY. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Alfred University in Alfred, NY.
