Enterprise Account Manager, iQmetrix
Kelly started his wireless retail career in 1999 on the sales floor, where he spent over two years working for a successful wireless dealer. Upon completing a diploma in Computer Information Systems, Kelly joined iQmetrix as a software developer in 2001. Kelly soon discovered a passion for working with customers and helping them to learn about RQ and after a year at iQmetrix, he helped develop the Client Services department which later became the Account Management team we know today.
Since then, the iQmetrix Account Management team has grown tremendously and Kelly has played an important role in its evolution, from developing scalable implementation processes to introducing effective support and account management procedures. Today, Kelly serves as the Team Lead of the Enterprise Account Management team. He oversees a number of our key enterprise accounts and provides business consulting and solutions for the unique challenges they face.
Kelly has both the technical knowledge as well as the retail perspective on how RQ will affect various areas of the business. No two days are the same for Kelly and he enjoys being part of an industry that changes rapidly and regularly presents new challenges.
