About Jeff
Jeff has been working with iQmetrix for six and a half years. He has worked in many different departments including Training, Customer Success Manager and Sales. Jeff has a passion for sitting down with prospects and clients alike and learning all he can bout this ever-changing industry.
As the industry evolves, one thing remains clear to Jeff; a focus on the fundamentals of running a good business is paramount to success now and in the future.
Jeff has been a sales professional for the majority of his career, selling everything from menswear for Harry Rosen, advertising for Verizon Superpages, and wireless devices for an indirect agent. Jeff graduated with honours from BCIT in Marketing Management with a focus on Professional Sales.
About Kris
Kris has been with iQmetrix for 6+ years. During his time with iQmetrix, he has been involved with product support, product implementations as well as account management. Most recently, Kris was a Customer Success Manager until joining the Professional Services/Launch Team in 2011.
Kris works closely with clients who are implementing and launching RQ4, including RQ4 setup as well as individual business to business needs. Kris serves as the facilitator for the iQmetrix regional “Intermediate Training Seminar.” Kris is also host to other RQ4 training programs and webinars that iQmetrix offers to clients.
Kris’s passion is being able to help clients understand how RQ4 can help grow their business, while maximizing the customers overall experience. Kris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
